PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS

Call for projects- Deadline: november, 15th. 2006

The proposals must be delivered in digital format preferably or by post to the "Ajuntament de Calaf" , specifying which modality of the public call one is participating to, either PROJECT PRODUCTION or DOCUMENTATION PROJECTS, attaching the following material:

For the PROJECT PRODUCTION category:

- The project to be developed: a written document defining the basic lines of the project (6,000 characters maximum.)
- A maximum of eight images that facilitate the comprehension of the project
- Images and texts showing other projects or works already done (6,000 characters and eight images maximum or a reference web.)
- Detailed budget and timing for each production
- Curriculum Vitae (in the case of being a collective, the CV of each one of the participants.)
- Personal information (name, telephone, e-mail and address.)

For the DOCUMENTATION PROJECTS category:

- A written document defining the basic lines, in the case of theorical proposalsricas (6,000 characters maximum.)
- Images and texts showing the project and and context references from were it toke place, in the case of realized works (6,000 characters and eight images maximum or a reference web.)
- Curriculum Vitae (in the case of being a collective, the CV of each one of the participants.)
- Personal information (name, telephone, e-mail and address.)

The deadline is on the 15th November 2006.

The delivery expenses and the collection expenses will be covered by the participants. The projects that have been not selected may be collected in the Town Council of Calaf once the organisation has made public the selected projects.

The selected works and its projects will remain the author's property. Its reproduction will be permitted for edition either by the different publications promoted by IDENSITAT, or also for diffusion on its webpage, or in all these instances related to the promotion of the event IDENSITAT 07.

The town councils of Calaf and Manresa will respectively include in their documentary and public archives all the documents generated by IDENSITAT 07.

The IDENSITAT 07 programme is organised by the "Ajuntament de Calaf", the "Ajuntament de Manresa", the "Generalitat de Catalunya", the "Diputació de Barcelona" and the participation of the "Can Xalant, Centre de Creació i Pensament Contemporani de Mataró'.

The participation in this call entails the acceptance of these rules.
